Product Description
TECHOEL SPECIAL PG series is a high-performance water-soluble polyether-based synthetic compressor oil with a maximum water absorption capacity of 4% and an operating temperature range of -40°C to 290°C.
Designed for high-pressure positive displacement gas compressors, such as those handling hydrocarbon gases and chemical gases (where crankcases and bearings operate in a gaseous environment), this product effectively addresses challenges commonly encountered with mineral oils.
In such environments, chemical gases often dissolve in mineral oils, leading to significant viscosity reduction and degraded lubrication performance. TECHOEL SPECIAL PG series polyether-based synthetic compressor oil overcomes these issues effectively.
Product Applications
TECHOEL SPECIAL PG series compressor oil is suitable for compressing the following gases:
- Liquefied petroleum gases (LPG), such as propane and butane;
- Liquefied natural gases (LNG), such as methane and ethane;
- Hydrocarbon petroleum gases, such as ethylene, propylene, and butylene;
- Chemical gases, such as ammonia, vinyl chloride, and butadiene.
