TECHOEL ULTRA 8828 is a new-generation, high-temperature-resistant, long-life, fully synthetic compressor oil. It employs specialized polyalkylene glycol (PAG) synthetic oil technology combined with a uniquely designed additive balance formulation, delivering exceptional lubricity, cooling performance, cleanliness, and oxidation resistance.
It effectively meets and exceeds the combined requirements for gear extreme-pressure lubrication and high-speed bearing lubrication and cooling in centrifugal and turbo compressors, while also addressing issues such as sludge, varnish, and carbon deposits caused by the use of mineral oils or other synthetic oils. It is highly suitable for high-speed centrifuges and turbo compressors, offering extended service life.
TECHOEL ULTRA 8828 provides outstanding corrosion protection for various materials, including ferrous and non-ferrous metals, and is compatible with seals, hoses, gaskets, and coatings commonly used in compressors.

Application Scope
It is primarily recommended for centrifugal and turbo compressors, as well as for high-temperature, high-speed industrial equipment such as gas turbines, pumps, and motor bearings, especially in high-temperature operating conditions. TECHOEL ULTRA 8828 is the optimal solution for compressors experiencing issues such as sludge buildup, coking, valve failures, and short oil life. For compressors previously using mineral oils or polyalphaolefin (PAO)-based synthetic oils, a cleaning process with TECHOEL ULTRA 8828 is required before switching.
