Product Description
TECHOEL FD630 is a lubricant containing solid polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) lubricating particles. It offers lubrication while simultaneously providing cleaning action.
After the solvent evaporates, the dry surface layer consists of PTFE lubricating particles, which exhibit an extremely low friction coefficient, do not attract dust, and provide excellent lubrication and cushioning performance. With a wide operating temperature range, it can be used for lubricating difficult-to-lubricate equipment under extreme temperature conditions, extending lubrication intervals and providing perfect protective functions.
The dry film lubricant can penetrate and bond to the surfaces of metals, paper, wood, rubber, plastics, glass, or most other surfaces requiring lubrication, forming a non-staining lubricating film to prevent direct contact between friction surfaces and reduce friction.
