Product Description
TECHOEL HVA series is a high-vacuum-grade vacuum pump oil formulated from specially refined imported paraffin-based mineral oils and unique additives. It is suitable for vacuum pumps handling various gases, including air, hydrocarbon gases, and inert gases. With a low saturated vapor pressure, it can rapidly achieve a high ultimate vacuum even at elevated temperatures.
Performance Characteristics
- Excellent thermal stability, resistant to carbonization: Due to the use of a special refined base oil with excellent thermal stability, combined with carefully selected special additives, it has the property of not easily carbonizing even at high discharge temperatures through the interaction between the two.
- Good oxidation stability: The presence of specialized antioxidants prevents oxidation and sludge formation, ensuring cleanliness of mechanical components.
- Outstanding rust protection: Incorporates high-performance rust inhibitors to prevent rusting of mechanical parts.
- Low foaming tendency: Minimizes foam formation, ensuring safe lubrication.
- Good water separability: If water contamination occurs, the oil allows easy separation through simple measures like standing still.
