    Descriptions

    TECHOEL HVE K90 is extreme pressure gear oil with ultra viscosity, suitable for any enclosed gear and bearing and any place where extreme pressure performance lubricating oil is required. TECHOEL HVE K90 is also suitable for gear operation under extreme pressure. Its main properties include high adhesion, long life, high load resistance, high temperature resistance and no toxic additives. Due to its excellent corrosion resistance and temperature resistance, TECHOEL HVE K90 meets the stringent requirements of most modern industrial reducers for lubrication and is compatible with most plastics and elastomers.

    Characteristics

    • Adhesiveness:

      Special viscous oil, with high adhesion, very difficult to be removed from the metal surface, providing ultra long life lubrication.

    • Extreme pressure and wear resistance:

      This performance can be measured by TINKEN OK load test and FZG test. The results of the former test show that TECHOEL HVE K90 can prevent jamming under extreme pressure.

    • When passing all FZG A / 8, 3 / 90 cycle tests, the function of anti-wear protection still remains under the condition of increasing load. This test is the most commonly used test to check the wear resistance of gear oil
    • Temperature stability:

      Temperature resistance and oxidation resistance are just as important as extreme pressure performance, which will determine the power and service life of the product during operation.

    • Anti corrosion and demulsification capacity:

      TECHOEL HVE K90 lubrication oil provides excellent corrosion resistance to steel and bronze as well as quick separation of water that may enter the reducer.
