    Product Description

    TECHOEL KH-800 is a high-alkali calcium sulfonate-based grease manufactured using leading-edge technology. It boasts exceptional load-bearing capacity, excellent mechanical stability, and superior water resistance, meeting the application requirements of various specialized operating conditions. TECHOEL KH-800 provides outstanding lubrication for high-temperature and heavy-load applications subject to shear forces or water exposure, minimizing wear and corrosion. Even under extremely harsh conditions, it maintains excellent anti-corrosion, anti-rust, and lubricating properties.

    Product Features
    • Minimal change in consistency (structure) under mechanical shear forces;
    • Excellent anti-wear and extreme pressure test results;
    • Calcium sulfonate itself serves as an effective anti-rust additive, ensuring excellent corrosion resistance even when water is present;
    • High dropping point (above 300°C), with a favorable temperature-consistency relationship and thermal reversibility (the grease can restore its original structure after heating and cooling);
    • Minimal oil separation, preventing softening and loss at high temperatures;
    • Low evaporation rate, preventing hardening due to excessive oil volatilization at high temperatures;
    • Excellent water resistance; even when mixed with 50% water and subjected to 100,000 shear cycles, the grease maintains its consistency without structural breakdown, unlike other greases;
    • Small pressure drop in the oxygen bomb test, remaining soft and greasy after one week at 150°C in high-temperature oxidation testing;
    • Relatively high density.

    High-performance calcium sulfonate-based grease is particularly suitable for use in ports, docks, papermaking, power generation, mining, machinery, heavy industry, outdoor environments, construction, and the steel industry, including:

    • All high-temperature and heavy-load applications, including those exposed to water;
    • Roll neck journal applications, such as tightening screws and nuts, body windows, turntable bearings, and main shaft bracket bearings;
    • Roll neck bearings and thrust bearings;
